As first time travelers to Madrid, we chose to stay in the favorite tourist area, Gran Via. And this hotel was located in this neighborhood, so very convenient for us. The room was quite large & comfortable with very helpful hotel staff (especially Pablo who patiently provided us info for travelling using public transport). And for such busy area, we did not feel it to be noisy. Overall a nice experience & recommended for going around the area.
