工作人员很友好，但健身房令人失望，器材上满是灰尘和锈迹。唯一值得推荐的是游泳池和海滩。

宽敞的游泳池和舒适的住宿...早餐还可以...也许菜单选项可以多样化

最好的是泳池附近的滑梯坏了需要修理，其他都还算满意。

位置很好。泳池很大，很舒适。

Poor maintenance, broken fixtures & room door, peeling paint, outdated decoration and unpleasant smells (room and outdoor)

Need to change room before air conditioner not functioning. Need to request by myself at the receptionist and return previous room key to receptionist after changing. Waste a lot of time during this process. It 's hotel mistake why should I do this? Service could be better since guest have waste time wait to repair and wait result from technical and packing again to change another room after get new room key.

All good except you'll be charged if you need extra sugar or creamer. They did not provide separately but to pay for another set of hot beverages, even if it's only RM5 😌.

Beach side hotel which is good. However, the room need more maintenance.

Kali kedua stay sini, dua kali dapat tombol pintu rosak belah dalam, memang style hotel sini camtu kot. Overall ok je, bilik biasa-biasa je. Anak-anak suka stay sini sebab pool dia yang menarik, memang puas hati untuk kanak-kanak. Pantai pun dekat, cuma pantai sini dah berapa menarik sebab hakisan

Menunggu agak lama untuk check in sebab sampai 12 tengah malam. Bilik besar harga berpatutan, pool banyak, boleh buat aktiviti pantai. Makanan sedap dan pelbagai, selera pantai timur. Boleh repeat lagi.

Hotel bersih. Makanan sedap.Kolam menyeronokan untuk kanak-kanak cuma kondisi bilik air mungkin lepas ni boleh kemaskini lagi. Bilik nampak macam baru upgraded.Parking lot pun berbumbung. Overall nice hotel.

Bilik luas, cuma perabut dah usang. Buffet steamboat murah dan puas hati menunya. Anak lelaki makan steamboat sampai puas. Berbaloi. Sarapan memuaskan. Kolam untuk kanak-kanak amat puas hati

Bilik air yang tidak diurus dengan baik, saya memilih bilik berkembar tapi, kedua-dua bilik berbau hancing dan meloyakan. Terdapat botol minuman yang belum dibuang disebalik tirai bilik. Ulasan daripada kaki travel

Dah banyak kali pergi de rhu. Pantai luas. Kolam besar dan panjang berlingkar. Seronok untuk percutian bersama keluarga.

The room was bigger than I expected but needs some repairing and replacing such as the bathroom's door, lights and sockets. The pools are amazing, it's large. My kids had fun the most there. The beach is within walking distance. The only thing that I regret was the food at the restaurant. We had our lunch and dinner at the resort's restaurant, both were a bit disappointing. The coffee was also bad. Initially, we got a room that is way far from the lift and stairs, we requested for any room nearer the lift. The receptionist agreed without any further questions. We also requested 1 extra blanket and got it for free. We will surely come again for the pools and beach but certainly not for the food.
