别墅非常漂亮舒适，经理Rendi也非常友善，帮我们安排了8人的住宿。非常感谢Villa L'Orange。

The only complain I have are, there's only 1 number to contact this villa and it's mobile number, and sometime it didn't even active... Just imagine, if you're drunk in a random bar then you want to use this villa's pickup service to take you back to your villa but their number are offline, you will totally screwed... Thank god, there Gojek and Grab around these day...

they have family and friendly service because that what I feel in my first impression. my family and I have a problem there, the electricity and internet suddenly shut down twice in an hour, but they repair and inform to us politely. I'm a little disappointed because at beginning villa L'Orange didn't receive my booking actually I already had the voucher. I am afraid to give them my booking number and my receipt because it can be misused. So I am waiting until one of Villa L'Orange inform me that they have received my booking it's about one week before my arrival.
