Pilihan hotel saya ketika berlibur ke Hatyai, lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dikelilingi tempat makan dan thai massage, cukup berjalan kaki menuju kuliner Lee Garden. Dan CS/Housekeeping mereka sangat ramah.

โรงแรมคือที่ที่เราอยากจะพักผ่อน 9:35 ทาง โรงแรมได้โทรขึ้นมา ปลุก เลยถามเขาว่าตอนนี้กี่โมงคะ เขาบอกว่าอยากคอนเฟิร์มว่าวันนี้เช็คเอ้าท์มั้ย คุณไล่แขกที่มาพักใช่มั้ยคะ เวลาเช็คเอ้าท์เราไม่เคยเลท อีกอย่างเสียงรบกวนตอนเช้า แม่บ้านทำอะไรไม่รู้เสียงดังมาก ช่วยสะกดหน่อยได้มั้ยคะ คำว่า (โรงแรม) คืออะไร

ทุกอย่างดีหมดยกเว้น พนักงานต้อนรับหน้า เคาน์เตอร์ หน้าไม่รับแขก พูดไม่เพราะไม่เเนะนำไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้า

language barrier in receptionist and cafeteria. poor wifi connection and limited choice of breakfast (better to eat outside)

ห้องพักเก่าไปนิด พนักงานเคาเตอร์กะกลางคืนไม่เป็นมิตร ทำหน้าตาบึ้งตึง พูดจาตะคอกไม่มีหางเสียง แค่เราไปถามบอกว่า ประตูเปิดไม่ได้ ตะคอกเราด้วย คงครั้งแรกและครั้งเดียวค่ะ

ที่พักสะดวก แต่เเพงไปนิดพนักงาน หน้าเคาน์เตอร์ บูดบึงไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้าเท่าไรไม่ถามให้เราถามเอง นอกนั้นดีหมด

Dekat dengan lee garden dan kedai makan halal. Senang nak cari transport dan pakej tour yang murah. Book new wing so bilik cantik and bersih lagi.

Good location but terrible service at reception. I've request non smoking room but given me a smoking room. Floor was dirty. Besides, website allow request for connecting room but didn't allow me to put connect to which room. Kinda useless. Will not come again nor recommend anyone to come.

Room is ok, just moderate for that price but the lift service was bad. Waiting time is so long. Parking service is very good.
