Good location, metro and tram nearby. Every staff are kind.

房間隔局超棒，整體服務好到不行。早餐也不錯。裡面的服務人員都好貼心。我是一人旅行，很少找到有單人房的valuable package。這間旅館不但有提供，也不會因為我只有一個人入住對我服務打折。 地點超榜，樓下就有subway , tram都可以搭。去哪都好方便。到重要景點區也只需要走路15分鐘以內！超棒，晚上聽音樂會回來也不會很遠，大約都是地鐵五分鐘以內的距離（1-2站就到了）以後再去維也納還會再住。

Hotel am Rand der Inneren Stadt, direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße; daher etwas laut; bei geschlossenem Fenster mit Klimaanlage aber in Ordnung; Service sehr freundlich; Frühstücksbuffet absolut lecker; Zimmer ausreichend groß, Matratzen angenehm weich, Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Camera pulita con un ampio bagno in una posizione comoda a tutto!!!. Il personale dell'hotel fa la differenza...sia i receptionist che le ragazze della colazione sono gentilissimi e super efficienti. Colazione ottima e bellissima l'idea della merenda al pomeriggio!!!

Hotel was definitely not elegant, but it was clean, and the staff was wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was its location. Across the street from the port for day cruises or to Bratislava, and around the corner and a short walk to sites and shopping.

Soggiorno eccellente. Personale alla reception , in sala e delle pulizie eccezionale. Colazione fornitissima. Camera pulita , silenziosa. Letto comodo. Ho riposato molto bene. Fermata metro a due passi. Posizione centrale. Non potevo avere di meglio ! Consigliatissimo !

Wir waren mit dem Hotel und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war überaus höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Zimmer waren sauber, Betten etwas weich. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber auch zu Fuß war es nicht weit zur Innenstadt.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options. Hot drinks always available morning and afternoon. Location is perfect for transport links within easy access of the centre of Vienna. Highly recommended would definitely stay there again.

Easily walkable to many of the city center museums and attractions, convient access to transit, a delicious breakfast, and an incredibly gracious and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, breakfast excellent and afternoon cakes & coffee al included Staff were great and friendly Tube station for several lines outside the door, plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk or various fast food outlets within 2 mins

Friendly helpful staff and the hotel was clean and efficiently managed. Good breakfast provided as well as free afternoon tea.

Easy arrival for those with a vehicle. Outdoor parking is attached behind the hotel and there is also the possibility of parking inside the private garage. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. The window was very well soundproofed. The room was very clean. The breakfast was complete. The hotel was very well located.

L'Hotel è in una posizione eccellente per chi vuole visitare Vienna. La struttura è adiacente alla fermata della metropolitana e a pochissima distanza dal centro storico di Vienna 8raggiungibile comodamente a piedi). Il personale è tutto di alto livello, sempre pronto e disponibile per qualunque esigenza manifestata dall'ospite. Colazione eccellente, ricca e varia. Soddisfa ampiamente tutti i gusti. Veramente gradevole la pausa pomeridiana con The e Caffè. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole con un balcone con vista su un canale del Danubio. Lo consiglio vivamente. Spero presto di ritornare a Vienna e scegliere di soggiornare nuovamente presso l'Hotel capricorno. Un grazie particolare a Marco della Reception per averci ottimamente consigliato (il concerto alla Golden Hall è veramente imperdibile).

Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Hotel. Die Lage ist super zentral. Äußerst freundliches Frühstückspersonal.
