房間整齊乾淨,有電梯、冰箱、吹風機。小廚房配備的餐廚用具算是該有的都有,晚上打開窗戶讓空氣流通的話,可不用開冷氣睡覺(7月)，位處巷弄中，沒有太多車輛吵雜聲。附近環境方便安全,生鮮超市(開到晚上9:30)、麵包店、市場、雜貨店、小餐館、各類小商店林立，夜間11:00左右才回家也不用擔心危險。距離聖家堂、加泰隆尼亞廣場等步行約30分鐘，米拉之家、巴特婁之家步行約20分鐘。公車系統四通八達，到達上列景點只要10到15分鐘且大多能直達，距離各公車站牌走路只要3到5分鐘。鄰近對角線大道(走路5分鐘),購物方便，若要搭乘city tour bus,也是走路10分鐘內就有站點。 週一至週五上午8:00至下午5:00有管理人員駐點，夜間及週末則沒有，但有24小時緊急聯絡電話，每七天有一次客房打掃服務。

체크인이나 문 여는 시스템이 체계화되어 있어서 매우 신기했습니다... 주변이 부자 동네인 것 같아서 치안도 좋았고요 공항까지 차량 픽업 서비스가 제휴되어 있어서 쾌적하고 좋았습니다 셋이서 지내기에 좁긴 했는데 그렇다고 아주아주 힘들다!! 이건 아니었고 근처에 버스 타고 다니기 좋았어요

The stay was perfect. We stayed for 8 days, and everything was excellent, from the reception support to the cleanliness. The area is beautiful, clean, and quiet, with very convenient transportation to reach everywhere.

Excelente localizacao e estrutura, com tudo que um casal precisa para uma excelente estadia em barcelona. Se estiver disposto a andar, pode-se ir a.maioria das atracoes da cidade a pe. A unica ressalva foi a geladeira com vazamento e a falta flexibilidade com os horarios. 15 minutos antes ou depois ajudariam para auem chega um pouco antes.

we booked for three persons on this property, but only provided two Pillows and no blanket for the third person. Shampoo, Conditioner only enough for two peoples!

Had a great stay at these apartments in Barcelona. The location is good and it’s a nice walk into the city Center, easy to get the metro and also easy to get a taxi. The property had everything we needed and was well supplied. The hosts were great at communicating with us and were very helpful.

I liked that it was close to one of the main streets

View was disaster .You can see aircon and hear aircon from windows only.Both of them. Sofa as 3rd bed was extremly uncomfortable.Very very soft. Apartmant is very tiny , not that big as i thought from pics. Location is 10min to metro and it s ok area,without noise but the view was really terrible. Anyway , if you come only sleep there ,it s ok. Good mexican restauratnt only 50m away. That i strongly recomend

Quartiere tranquillo e facile raggiugere qualsiasi tipo di mezzo dalla posizione in cui si trova l'appartamento

Positif: Bonne situation géographique. Des lignes de transports proches de l’établissement et desservant des endroits importants de la ville. Négatif: apparemment trop petit par rapport aux photos sur le site, une des deux fenêtres donnait sur plusieurs moteurs d’air climatisés ce qui dégageait de la chaleur et qui empêchait l’ouverture de la fenêtre. De plus, le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché et n’a été débouché que le 4ème jour du séjour malgré l’avertissement dès notre arrivé.

Appartement très confortable, équipement à disposition. Indiquer les accès aux transports en commun les plus proches serait un plus.
