地理位置偏遠，價格高昂，服務一般般，房間設計還不錯但是房間溫泉水完全不熱，最糟糕的還是晚餐跟早餐，比一般商旅還要糟糕的糟糕，未來絕對不會再來第二次

酒店範圍非常大，有很多住宿樓，Check-in的樓層在最高點，要注意酒店最晚的check-in時間，酒店非常乾淨，整潔，，即是露台都非常乾淨，沒有昆蟲，空間也非常大，私湯也非常乾淨，房間足夠六個人居住，天氣好在露台可以望到富士山

今次入住有私人風呂的山紫水明房間，面對富士山浸溫泉♨️的確一流。 門外有足夠的泊車位很方便。不過略嫌屋內燈光偏暗，而且朋友住807號房間的冷氣出風位有很多灰塵令有鼻敏感的他非常不適及睡不好。

到達時已晚上8點幾,原本餐廳已沒晚餐供應,但前枱staff好好,即刻叫餐廳預備晚餐給我們,叫我哋食左先,之後先 辦入住手續

As we have 4 persons sharing our room, and 2 have to stay in Futons . We were asked to set up the tatami by ourselves when we asked the reception about this , we have to urge them to send a staff to do it for us, I have never been in any Onsen Hotel that will not offer setting up tatami services at all. Hope that the hotel will understand this should be compulsory services , and necessary for hotel guests.

Really nice trip to the Laforet Hotel Sanjisuimei - with own onsen in room you can freely enjoy the beautiful Mt. Fuji view from the onsen during fine weather. The inclusive breakfast/dinner @ main restaurant were just so so but it's convenient especially if you're not driving to the hotel - imagine the closest town available takes 15-20mins drive from uphill then you'd rather opt settling with their meals

The room with terrace and onsen is excellent. The breakfast is good to average. The dinner is just so so.

It's a very good hotel, but the check-in time must be after 3:00pm, the hotel far away from the attractions, must to take the hotel's shuttle bus, and the timetable is not intensive, plus the empoyee's english is not good, so we need to take the taxi to attractions, so waste of more time and money. But the room is very good, there is a private spring pool, quiet and clean, the quality of food is quite good, very worth staying again.

環境較山區偏遠，寧靜悠閒的度假村，私人露天風呂很有日式風格，早晨陽台看日出，內部空間舒適寬敞．飯店人員英語能力不佳，但態度和善努力解決問題，山莊很大適宜散步．

The view of the hotel is really nice - it was a little cloudy when I stayed, so I could not really see Mt Fuji, but you can see mountains + the golf area. What I was unsatisfied is the service. First, don't expect anyone to help with your luggage. Second, the room was not ready when I checked in at 3pm. The cleaning staff was very apologetic about this, and they finished cleaning in 10 minutes or so, but I don't

綺麗で快適でした。

山の中にあり、とても静かで木に囲まれた空間で入る露天風呂は格別で、1日に何度も入り、最高に贅沢な気分でした。 とにかく清潔でおしゃれなお部屋は、特別感がありお部屋に帰るのも楽しみでした。

ネットで見た通りのお部屋でした　静かで雰囲気が有りました。インテリアも素敵でしたね。露天風呂は人によりけり　私は良い温度で旦那は低いと。施設内バスをもう少し遅くまであると良い。バスの時刻表が見づらい… 温泉施設も寝湯や泡風呂、打たせ湯などバリエーションがあると良いな。 テニスやゴルフしない人は退屈かも。

のんびり過ごすことが出来た。

とってもいいところでした。 施設内は20分おきくらいにシャトルバスも回ってますので施設内を移動する際はとても便利です。 しかし、売店のようなものは少ないので修善寺からホテル行きのシャトルバス乗るまでに買っておいた方がいいと思います。 自然豊かで最高な旅行になりました。 また利用したいなと感じるホテルです。
