房間蠻小的，而且視野不是太好，早餐很豐富是優點，服務有待加強

房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。

都很好，升到陽台房間唯一缺點就是地鐵經過時房間會有共震聲響，尤其晚上睡覺很有感😰

除了晚上夜店的聲音真的有點吵，其他都很好👍

Excellent hotel and staffs. The gentleman gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which made the stay perfect. Very convenient location, you can walk maximum 20 minutes to the famous venues. Will stay again if come again

Estuvimos trece días, comodísimos y bien cuidados. La habitación es gigante y cómoda, el baño una belleza. El desayuno es perfecto, digno de un hotel de tanta categoría. Nos vino a conocer Sonia, que nos ha recibido con la mejor onda. Los regalitos de bienvenida son también muy apreciados. La única mejora que les sugiero es climatizar un poquito la piscina, porque a pesar de hacer calor en Madrid, estaba helada y no la pudimos aprovechar.

Not a better location. We walked to all cultural sites and great restaurants within 15" walk. Breakfast was exceptional. Room comfortable and clean.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Clean and modern hotel with quiet rooms. Right next to a metro station, allowing easy access to all of Madrid, although the historic centre is only a few minutes walk away.
