餐厅非常好吃！个人感觉库斯科最佳！菜品没有南美菜的酸辣味，非常难得。就算不住，也一定要来这家酒店的餐厅吃饭！！！

位于库斯科古城，房间宽敞舒适，早餐很好，我先后在这里住了四天。服务态度好，希望他们的英语更好点。

酒店位于老城，离中心广场很近，适合步行逛街。酒店环境优美，房间安静、舒适，服务员态度很好，个别人英语不是太好。早餐的煎蛋卷配炸土豆、牛油果是我吃过的最美味的omelette.餐厅服务员礼貌周到，最后一天来不及吃早餐，服务员以最快的速度为我们做了蛋卷，加上餐具、纸巾放在纸袋中。总之愉快的住宿体验。

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Amazing staff. Clean and quiet.

Our stay was amazing! Hot water bottles, evening tea, fire pits & private spa - these small touches elevated our stay! Unfortunately I really struggled with the altitude in Cusco, but the staff were really accommodating, sent breakfast to my room and followed up the following day.

La noche que nos quedamos, el vecino del hotel empezo a quemar leña y todp el huno se metio en las habitaciones, fue una muy mala noche, amanecimos con dolor de cabeza la verdad no nos fue bien.

Everything was amazing from start to finish.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast was great with good variety and even made to order menu. The dinner at their restaurant was also delicious (not included but worth going). Staff was very helpful and friendly my only complaint would be the road there is very narrow and one way so can be stressful getting in and out of a taxi, but still worth the stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights & everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, very comfortable, quiet & relaxing. The hotel is super well located, close to everything you want to see in the city. Breakfast had many delicious options. The staff that worked breakfast was always so nice & accommodating, especially Madai, who always took the time to ask how our trip was going. Each night they delivered hot water bottles to heat up our bed, and muna tea, to help us sleep. Everyone at the hotel was so sweet and helpful, and they definitely contributed to a perfect stay. We would definitely come back again.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. On days when we had day trips or early starts, they arranged for breakfast and coffee bags as well as storing our luggage. I also accidentally left a belonging behind and they shipped it on to my next location so I could retrieve it.

This was an excellent hotel. The facilities and staff were above and beyond. The included buffet breakfast was incredible. We also used the spa which was phenomenal. Would recommend this to everyone

We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel doesnt disappoint in any way. Designed perfectly, with local elements and rich textures- it felt almost like a soho house- just without the attitude- because the service was just perfect! Every team member was extremely kind and wanting to help. Really- what an excellent stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Such warm decor, thoughtful and friendly service. For example I had a book in my room and returned at the end of the day to find a book mark on top. They presented me with a dessert and candle on my birthday even though I never mentioned anything. The massage at the spa was amazing! Convenient location to the city center but far enough away to feel relaxing.

This hotel is in a lovely area of Cusco - easy walking distance to shopping and the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tea and filtered water are available 24/7. They bring hot water bottles, special tea and a chocolate to your room each evening. The breakfasts (included) are amazing - the best I have experienced anywhere! A really luxurious experience.

The hotel is gorgeous. The service is impeccable the staff is amazing. We travel the world...never, never such a great combination of always smiling staff ready to assist even if the problems is not theirs. Highly recommend.
