Very quiet and safe area

It was very near the arena

Stay at Motel 6! It’s cheaper and the same thing. Suite is a stretch and it’s a Motel room with a small bathroom. As basic economy in a not great area with hard beds its nice. Pictures just led me to believe it would be nicer. NO REFUNDS even when they made the mistake. Insurance is sold for property but not honored so don’t waste your money on that. I booked 1 night then saw my mistake(wrong date). Called hotel they said I had booked two rooms even though conf said 1. No help so I booked for the next (right night) We got to hotel and once again they had 2 rooms in my name and confirmation said 1. Seems fishy to me to have absolute policy on no refunds and some how you get charged 2 rooms.

The pictures show a breakfast area checked in and no breakfast. There were holes in the wall that had be smeared with spackle. The mattress had a big indention which made it very uncomfortable. The are it is in is pretty rough. Spent $5 more and get something for breakfast and possibly cleaner room was

It was okay the room had a bad smell had to adjust to it. Things was left from people’s last stay and their breakfast was only coffee or juice

It’s a very hood like gangster area, so make sure that you don’t keep any valuables in your vehicle. Bring everything in the hotel room.

The refrigerator had food in it from the previous people. green stuff in the corners of the bathroom And the room smells like weed and liquor. Front of the door looks nasty.

It was a quiet stay. Had trouble figuring out the remote to the TV but finally figured it out. The thing that I would suggest is they get better pillows, the pillows were very small and not comfortable at all. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The room was very dirty, sheets and comforter had white stains and food stain on them, bugs in corners of floor and on plug outlet,curtains dirty, candy stuck to floor, upstairs neighbors fighting. I was there 20 minutes and asked for refund. The owner said he was going to give me refund and then said no refund because sometimes rooms be dirty not his fault.

The room smelled awful. Couldn't sleep with the smell.

So amazing! Great value for the price, big comfy beds. Room was very clean, check in was so easy & convenient! Walking distance to the Simmons Bank Arena & felt very safe.

stayed 1 night for a concert, fabulous location and easy walking. Front desk as helpful and pleasent. rooms were average and clean. No breakfast although the website says there is, however lots of breakfast offerings near by. would stay again for a short visit.

Nice property, clean rooms, friendly staff. Was told there was coffee and juice for breakfast, didn't check it out. Property is within walking distance of at least three fast food restaurants. Also within walking distance of Simmons Bank arena. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and quiet. It was very convenient and close to the simmons areana where we were going to a concert.

Needed a little touch up nothing big. Staff were great. Area had some homeless and drug users It seemed they had an understanding with the property and didn’t bother anything. The posted hours for breakfast was really posted hours to have a juice or coffee, nothing else. Was close to bridge going over the river to Clinton highway if to walked 2 blocks. Two storey building and unfortunately the person above me one night stomped across the floor randomly between midnight and 2am. Over all proximity of the property was good to downtown but location was suspect due to vagrants and open drug use. Price point I would say is higher than it should be.

No iron, no coffee stirrer, maid did not clean the room, broken remote, noisy (walls too thin).
