1. 訂房時無法知道會入住沒有冷氣、通風不良的房間， 2. 靠近浴室端有非常強大的風爐噪音 3. Check in 時，長時間等待、係文員工作效率的管理出了問題 4. 除非不得已、不會再入住這樣的旅宿。

隔離差，其他都不錯

酒店位置不太好，房間設施少，價格亦不便宜。另外在沒有任何證據下酒店職員斷定客人在房間抽煙而罰款（本人並沒有在房間抽煙），而罰款電郵名字也不是本人，查詢後仍不獲退款，懷疑濫收罰款，所以不會光顧此黑店，亦建議其他遊客也盡量不要到此酒店入住 Hotel location is not very good, room facilities are less but the price is not cheap. In addition, without any evidence, the hotel staff concluded that I smoked in the room and was fined (I swear I did not smoke in the room). Strangely, the name of the fine email is not me. After enquiry, they still did not willing to refund the money to me. It’s robbery there. Tourists are advised not to stay at this hotel as far as possible

性價比高, 房間整潔, 有SHUTTLE BUS到雪場

如果很晚才達，Shuttle bus已經沒有。 不建議家庭入住離雪場遠，地點不方便！偏遠，附近沒有便利店，大風雪下要行十五分鐘才到便利店。酒店很小，比較失望。

Staff are from all over the world so communication is not an issue here at all. Very helpful and cheerful at all time. Breakfast is good with Asian and western choices. Shuttle bus runs every 30 mins and that is a big plus. I would totally recommend this hotel for its price and value!!

Nice and cozy place

接駁車非常方便，早餐也很不錯。最重要的是房間很舒適，也有專門放雪具的地方，推薦給在二世谷滑雪的朋友。

We discovered we have left some things behind after we checked out and asking the staff through email and see if they are still able to find it. They immediately took the action and able to take care of our stuff. The drivers are all very polite and helpful too. However, the breakfast can add a little more choice.

It is value for money but the location is a bit isolated. Staff is friendly but cleaning is too general.Breakfast is great but hope that could be changed if you stay more that five days

離市區約15分鐘，還算方便，連住三天但店員忘記確認面紙盒內面紙存量是美中不足，浴室熱水會忽冷忽熱

Better to reserve car park since the booking confirm. The hotel is new and modern, nice hotel.

清潔、整齊、裝修靚、儲物空間足夠、有Shuttle Bus到滑雪場，大約5分鐘。

和一般日本酒店比較, 房間很大, 很舒服. 房間整潔. 但這酒店有一個奇怪的地方. 全酒店的客房內皆沒有電話可以讓你致電去服務台. 若你是住2,3,4 樓, 有任何問題, 必須親自去樓下處理. 這點頗為不便. 因為我這次行程中, 有一位朋友滑雪時受傷了不便行動. 而他剛好住在4樓, 有任何問題需要, 他都必須親自去地下或叫我幫忙處理. 有一晚上, 我要求他們拿冰袋去給我住在4樓的朋友, 晚上的服務員只給我冰袋. 不幫我拿上去. 所以服務上, 這裏更像青年旅社一樣. 都自助多. 有免費接駁巴士來往中心地區, 很方便, 每30分鐘一班, 班次頻密. 中心地區與酒店距離車程約5-8分鐘. 所以很方便. 有一次我們想出外, 剛好是中午接駁巴士休息時間, 而附近又沒有的士. 前台員工很好, 親自駕駛另一架酒店小車送我們出中心區. 整體感覺得好. 若中心區酒店已滿, 不仿考慮這間酒店, 距離不太遠, 但房費可以省很多. 就算晚上9時30分後沒接駁車了, 從中心區坐的士回酒店, 也只需550YEN, 的士價錢不貴. 比較同一時期, 中心區其他的酒店價格, 這個酒店價錢則便宜很多.
