The room and the location is very suitable to what I need.

The room and the place are clean and in order. It is very affordable. The breakfast is delicious. The staffs are friendly. The place is also safe.

The room looks exactly the same as the photos shown. Their staffs were kind and helpful. Will surely recommend this to family and friends.

They one manning the reception on the 24 December 2017 has good customer service skills and was polite.

I had a great stay in this hostel. It's cute and clean, the staff are very approachable and friendly. Just a minor recommendation for improvement. First, please repair the leak in the pipe (where the aircon's water drains) just above the door. Every now and then I have to ask staff to mop the wet floor. Second, the partition wall is only plywood. It would be better if the management will replace it into concrete wall in order to minimize the noise emanating from the other room. Lastly, the food-it's more ok if they include fish in breakfast is ok.

It's not what I expected for a price I paid. I was thinking its a more fabulous one. But the good thing there is their service was really good and approachable.

The front desk staff was helpful. Okay for budget overnight stay. The door lock could be improved though by adding a second lock (e.g. deadbolt) in order to strengthen security especially at night.

Clean and spacious room, great location. Staff could be more friendly though.

Hotel location is strategic since it's near great food establishments. Staff are accommodating. What I didn't like is that our room was so hot specially mid afternoon, even when the aircon is in full power. We had to stay at the lobby for a while so that my one year old kid would feel fresher. Also, water is leaking near the CR door, we had to mop a number of times to prevent water from accumulating on the floor. Not advisable to those with big bags since there are no elevators, reception desk is located on the 3rd floor and most rooms are on the 4th and 5th Floor. Good thing I booked this on a promo, because I would be frustrated if I payed regular rates.

Accommodating Staff, place is pretty much okay unless you want a 5 start hotel.

Very strategic location and affordable. Although the 6-person room had no private restroom. The common restroom needs some improvement (sink was leaking).
