The hallway is gloomy when we came in. Like in a scary movie. The room is clean. No floormat outside the comfort room. The area is accessible. The staff are accommodating. They followed up my reservation by calling.

There are cockroaches.

Didn't really expect much from the place since we just booked online but the place is surprisingly clean and comfortable with approachable staffs for a cheap price of their rooms. It was worth the stay and is highly recommended.

Nice staff. Clean room. It's great for an overnight stay especially those who are planning to go to Camiguin. The hotel is just beside the terminal and there is a nearby supermarket, convenient store and also fast foods and eateries.

I have these things to consider when finding a hotel to stay. Cleanliness, comfort, security and accessibility. All of these are met by Win Min Transient Hotel. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Value for Money. Cheap rates but very clean and comfy. With occasional noise coming from buses at the nearby terminal, but it is still manageable.

Very accessible and near the establishments, the price is so cheap but the room is very nice, the bed was comfy, it has hot/cold shower and the room is spacious.

Accommodating staff, clean room, great stay

The security guard was impolite. He could've just check my bag and say nothing, instead he told me that he needs to check my bag because it might have something bad inside because I just wore slippers. I was offended! Why would he say that! The other staff were helpful though.

It was an average stay, if you are just looking for sleep & wash stay this enough. Its accessible, near the bus terminal and public transport, 24hr jolibee & dunkin donut. Local stores and pharmacy. Suites budget travellers. Its quite safe, but still you have to be vigilant because its a crowded place. Wifi not strong
