Both air conditioning units in the first suite was not working, i.e. stuck in heating mode. After unsuccessful attempts to fix it we were promptly shown to another suite. But the second suite was noticeably less clean and suffered from more wear and tear. Overall experience was good and service was impeccable.

卡不能上电梯三次

暑期临时决定全家老小一起出游厦门，突击的看了不少厦门的酒店，发现五星级的普遍都比较老设施都比较陈旧。偶然间看到这家洲际果然是家宝藏酒店。房间大，设施都比较新，干净卫生，服务生都很热情，停车也很方便。位置离海边近，虽然离旅游景点基本都有20多分钟到半小时的车程，自驾的话也不是问题。而且离旅游区远一点点，酒店人员不会特别嘈杂，用餐、搭电梯、使用泳池等设施都比较舒服，不会乱糟糟。特别满意，全家老小都住的很开心。再来厦门还会选择

設施，環境，餐廳食物突非常好。 唯一缺點可能是地理位置有點遠，交通不太。方便。 下次可能也會再入住。

除了住了四天，房間被單都沒有換，很不習慣。 服務人員、房間設施、早餐供應都很滿意。 非常開心，廈門環境也很好！

海景很棒！可以看到金門島！早餐也不錯！因為當天早到，感謝服務人員先安排房間讓我先入住，訊問一些旅遊資訊時，也是很熱心協助，唯一美中不足的是，用早餐裝果汁的鐵蓋，沒有清潔乾淨，連續兩天都是如此，可能要留心

酒店设计很时尚现代，设备也很智能化。美中不足就是酒店所在区域有点偏僻，周边配套不是很多。

乾淨.舒適

没有使用有偿矿泉水和巧克力，居然说我们使用了。这是对我最大的污辱。
