Nice hotel with clean room. Walkable distance from downtown, and near the supermarket so I can get any stuffs easily. The restaurant at hotel also serves with good food. Recommended for anyone who is about to visit Yellowknife.

Due to flight delay we were checked in around 1:30 am, and hotel told us we would need to switch rooms the next day because the floor we were staying on had a water leakage issue that required maintenance. However, by the afternoon of the following day, the hotel still had not taken the initiative to arrange the room change. We had to inquire ourselves, only to be told that they were still working on it. As a result, we wasted half a day waiting at the hotel, completely disrupting our planned daytime activities.

It was a beautiful hotel but the tub didn’t drain and if you stayed at the one end of the hotel and left through the side door it locked automatically and there was no card entry and if you propped open the door someone would close it on you. I understand safety but every other hotel I’ve stayed at you can use the side doors. I would definitely stay again

Great place and restaurant was very affordable

New and clean compared to other lodging options. However, the sound insulation is poor — we could clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway, especially when guests returned from aurora viewing after 3 a.m., which disturbed our sleep.

One of the guests pulled the fire alarm twice in the middle of the night during our four night stay. I understand this is not something that the staff can control but it was frustrating nonetheless. I was underwhelmed by the hours of the on site restaurant for in house dining. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a really nice property. The airport shuttle was a great perk. Upgraded my room which was very appreciated. Lounge was nice (didn't try the food), breakfast was reasonably priced. Staff very nice.
