It was a nice stay. Staffs are very kind and the room and services were great especially the breakfast. The WiFi is good. Thumbs up 👍.

We had a great stay! This place is near to everything. So comfy bed, great wifi connectivity, and of course the staffs. Very helpful and friendly. Worthy of your penny! Definitely will recommend this place.

Value for money! It was a great experience to book in this hotel, just a walk away from Robinson’s Place Butuan. Convenient and accommodating staff, big thanks to Jaymark and Cherry. Had to ask if we can extend hours for check out because we have errands and they have a storage room for safe keeping which is very helpful. Food is great too! Internet connection superb. Quiet place also. Major flaw is the water heater. We cannot control the temperature even if we set low. Maintenance checked and adjusted but to no avail. No telephone inside the room, but they provided cellphone number. Overall the place was great!

Receptionist doesn’t seem helpful enough. We arrived by 1pm. Says that we cannot check in yet for they are still preparing the room - okay. Yet when we were given our room, it wasn’t the room I have booked. I booked for a room with twin beds. She said that there are no other rooms available and the other twin rooms were already reserved for someone else. My workmate said that we have reserved also as we have already paid here in app. That was only the time she gave us a twin room. Breakfast is free but we weren’t able to have it since we have an early flight. We asked for options on how we can still have it but none was given. The receptionist’s name was Cherry.

Enjoyed the stay, meal was okay, however there should be aircon in the lobby. Lack of employees but staffs were accommodating.
