Great hotel for a stop over in Carrasco

A haven before an early flight! The lake view room was a comfy, warm cocoon in winter time. The bed was comfortable with sensually pleasant sheets.However bigger bath towels would have been greatly appreciated.

Location

The website states there is an airport courtesy shuttle - but that is not true. I tried to call over and over again from the airport to the hotel but no one ever answered the phone. When I shared this with the front desk person at check in, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, 'no we do not have a shuttle'. Being exhausted and jet legged it was frustrating that it took over 2 hours to get food in the restaurant - service was terrible, the food medicore. I have stayed at this hotel prior and it had much better service. Not sure if something has changed or if the poor service was due to it being winter instead of summer.

Very good hotel if you are traveling, close to the airport, no shuttle service but you can take a taxi for 7 US$ Service is excellent

Ótimo hotel. O carpete do quarto tinha um cheiro forte, talvez por ser antigo, mas foi o único ponto negativo. Tudo muito bom

realmente la recepcion, tanto en amabilidad, prontitud, y calidez ha sido perfecta, a pesar de ser un sabado en hora pico, una experiencia excelente.

Localização boa para quem necessita estar perto do aeroporto. Hotel muito bonito, confortável e ótimo atendimento.

Todo perfecto, a excepcion de que el Domingo 26 de mayo a las 8.30 hs de la mañana, unos hombres colgados de unas silletas, comenzaron a limpiar los vidrios exteriores al Hotel, justo por nuestra habitación (piso 7 vista al lago).
