I book the deluxe villa without breakfast, however I have no idea what is the difference between with or without the breakfast when I place my booking. I asked for airport pick up and the driver showed up with my team name on an A4 paper with very bad handwriting. At reception, when other group was greeted with drink and wet towel, we have nothing, when I ask, they said that because I book the "owner kind " villa, how do you expect me to know that, and what I paid for a villa is not cheap. 11 mil per night is not cheap at all, and I don't even get a welcome drink. The villa is bit old and not well-maintained. Not happy at all. It was like I stay in the homestay somewhere, not a villa inside an 4,5 star resort.
