非常靠近库塔海滩和海滩步道购物中心。巴厘岛和自然的细微差别。

所有工作人员都很友好，尤其是 Aditya 先生，他非常友好且有趣。

酒店很干净。服务很友好。靠近市中心，步行即可到达。空调很冷。适合家庭。布满了典型的巴厘岛装饰。非常具有巴厘岛特色。

lokasinya sgt strategis ada disebelah mall beachwalk dan diseberangnya pantai kuta dan tidak jauh dari kawasan kuta legian, kamar lumayan bersih dan luas, dg view kolam renang didpn kamar, hal yg perlu diperbaiki menu sarapan kurang variatif & staf resto kurang sigap mengisi tempat makanan yg hbs serta membersihkn meja, danstaf tdk membersihkn kamar dan mengganti sprei dan handuk setiap hari kecuali diminta

We stayed there and booked a deluxe pool view room. After 2 days air-conditioning started leaking so bad that it was like a private swimming pool. Service was bad, come after 1-2 hours to clean/repair and 3 days in a row. We have 2 toddlers who we had to tied on the bed or else they would slip and break their neck. 1 of them actually ran and fell on the tile floor with his head really hate. So our room comfort was very very bad. Then for our last 2 night they offered a solution. Normally if a hotel messes up they would improve your comfort but cause overbooked they changed our deluxe room with pool view in a simple room with parking lot view. Next to that, eating in the restaurant 2 times and both times they made 'mistakes' on the bill. 1st I just paid cause have 2 crying kids but that time they forgot a dish which they put on the bill but never gave and some more drinks. I forgot the receipt so decided not to complain. Then second night off course we checked bill and then they put more drinks on the bull that we actually ordered.

harga murah lumayan bagus lokasi ke mall sangat dekat ke pantai juga dekat cuma jalan kaki 5 menit sampai hotel di tengah kota bagus fasilitas kolam renang pelayan juga bagus staf ramah2

kami sangat nyaman dihotel Wina,rencana cuma sehari saja nginap tapi karna nyaman kami perpanjang lagi, karna nyaman🥰🥰

Tamunya suruh mandi dulu baru sarapan hehehehe.

Kamar nya bagus bersih nyaman betah banget nginep di sini.
