Four Points by Sheraton was a great and comfortable stay! Got a Deluxe King City View room facing the other hotels in the area, but you can just go out for a nice walk along the river. The pillows were a little soft but the bed was comfy, and the showerhead had a very fine jet stream! The $ 98 dining credits were well spent at Four Points Eatery, and I recommend their Old School Bak Kut Teh and Lobster Laksa 😋.

Great stay! They surprised us an anniversary cake and decor! A hotel that I will definitely recommend! Clean and well maintained room. Great service and good food. Just a little hiccup - menu wrote that there is otah in the nasi lemak set but chef says that there isn’t :(

Pillows were too soft & would be uncomfortable to use 2 pillows stacked up. Room was OK. Used the dining credits for mookata dinner & breakfast. Overall stay was average.

Room service was not bad, waited about 20ish mins for food to arrive. Aircon was too weak even at 20deg, gym is very spacious and operating 24/7. Water pressure very strong with bidet

服务很好，房间里的水壶很旧，壶嘴处有黄褐色污渍，所以要求更换。工作人员拿来了一个全新的（在门口当着我的面打开了盒子）。浴室里一直出现一些飞虫，不知道它们从哪里来的，因为我们打死了一些，但后来又出现了另一只。Mookata晚餐不错，种类繁多的肉类和海鲜，还有大量的蔬菜。泰式奶茶也不错。由于新冠疫情规定放宽，自助早餐恢复了，但工作人员仍然乐于助人，为客人服务、摆盘，甚至把食物送到我们的餐桌上。

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the view is great. A good hygiene practise for staycation is to bring along the antibacterial wet wipes to sanitise the room again, especially for TV remote control, desk phone and table. Pros:- Good service.- Great view.- Good cafes nearby.- Accessible to town area by buses. Neutral:- TV is small but able to do screen mirroring for android phones. Cons:- Found food crumbs on the table when we check in to our room.- The towels have musty smell even after we asked for replacement. Fyi parking: Car - $10 per day with multiple entries. Motorcycle - Free parking* (If you park outside the open space right before you enter the carpark)

The room is spacious and the view is awesome. The only downside is pillow is too soft.

My experience was relatively nice, I've been here more than once but this is the first that the customer service has disappointed me. On the 15 Feb during my dinner for mookata I was not even greeted by the manager, I presume, he was unpleasant to be around and didn't bother making eye contact or make any sort of attention until the very end when I wanted to leave a written feedback unfortunately I was only told if there was any issue rather than given a method for feedback hence I am leaving it here. I still look forward to my next stay but I do hope that this can be improved as I believe customers would like to enjoy their stay and be greeted with positivity like how the morning staffs were presenting on 16 Feb morning. I would love to compliment the rest of the service staffs, thank you for your attention and initiative that you've provided I appreciate it.

The room was spacious and cozy. Love the bed and the side “sofa”. Reception was great and friendly as well. Overall a pleasant experience for a short getaway.

Had a 3d2n Staycation during Valentines at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview & booked the book with Mookata Package which comes together with breakfast. Had an upgrade to riverview room instead of cityview. They also offer smoking rooms (Good for smokers) as nowadays most of the hotels are non-smoking. Room was of decent size but toilet abit small & cramped. For breakfast, we can only choose 1 set from the menu of 4. Overall edible, if you are not full, you may head over to tiong bahru market & food centre for affordable local food. Overall experience was not bad, central location, nearby to lots of bars/bistro & worth the price I paid for. Thanks Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview

My wife to be had been extremely upset by the sudden cancellation by the your hotel which resulted the staycation to celebrate her birthday was been ruined.

It was a family staycation. We have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the food at Level 1. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner there. Room was elegant & spacious. Thanks
