The location is excellent. The room is tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is really good. However, the description on the Expedia is not accurate. I reserved a superior room, stating two single beds. It turned out that it was a double bed and we had to pay additional money for a twin bed room. Anyway, the hotel staff offered us a discount for the additional charge.

The hotel is a bit old but overall is clean and tidy. The staff there is very helpful. Location very conveniently located.

最基本的熱水器都沒有！茶水間只有服務人員才能進去，要泡個熱飲要拿著“自己的杯子”哦！到樓下跟服務人員要請他倒給你。他忙的時候還要等他忙完。早餐更不用說食物沒了就沒了也不會補都已經沒擺什麼早餐了卻時間還沒到就沒什麼東西可吃怕別人吃似的，只能說是間非常非常非常小氣又沒服務的一間飯店。不推薦也不會再入住。

Close to P.le Roma ferry pier by 5 mins walk and S.Lucia train station by 10 mins walk carrying luggage. We were at top floor - newly renovated, can't complaint, except the standing shower area is quite small about 6 sq.feet. We like the hotel staff in breakfast restaurant, staff at receiption/counter looks tired / not very welcoming, but we love the location of this hotel.

Gardena is located at the corner which you might easily missd but it is absolutely near the train station. Room is tiny, having no space to open my 24'luggage at all. Everything looks old but clean. Breakfast is surprisingly good. Walkable distance to main spots, but if you take water buses, there is a bus station narby which needs just a minute walk. Price is a bit costy, but the well location and the lift in hotel make me feel worthy (many hotels in Venice seem have no lift!). the whole experience is better than what I expected :D

My room is new decorated & it is graceful. The hotel is close to train station but there is a canal apart. So you have to cross a bridge & it is not easy with heavy luggage.

Room condition inside is quite different from the lobbey. Close to station, allow us to transit the baggage from to station easily without the ferry. Room is small but clean. Washroom need some renovation. Breakfast is very basic standard European style. Value for money.
