Without electric kettle to make tea in the room......!!

No he podido hospedarme en el hotel. NO HABÍA HABITACIONES

Por ser um hotel para mineradores, nos finais de semana o café deixa a desejar! E se precisar de cobertor, teria de pedir sempre um novo, de resto, bom dms!

Front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant was outdated and so were the rooms. Not a great location also.

Excellent stay as we arrived shortly after 9pm., cab from airport 6,000 pesos for two as we started off well with an honest cab driver. The check in and over the next 15 hours was superb. Clean, well equipped hotel as we had a king size bed, all the bathroom accessories with the only flaw no English news network channel but we just wanted to catch up on being out of touch for the last 16 days. Superb buffet breakfast sowe ate well in the morning and really enjoyed the wake up feed as it was a treat after the standard cheese, ham and bun and no fruit threwout our Chile experience. The same of better quality of hotel than in North America and a deal threw hotel.com.

En regular es un buen hotel, la ducha no funcionaba y el agua ssalio fria, tuve que bajar a recepcion para que resuelvan el problema y me puedan asignar otra habitacion para ducharme

This hotel is advanced in age and needs remodeling. Nonetheless the staff is nice, the breakfast is good, and the bed acceptable.

Em San Pedro o ambiente todo é simples, esse hotel é simples também, mas bastante confortável, quarto espaçoso, secador de cabelo, cama boa, Wi-Fi funciona nos quartos, ducha boa.

Muy buena ubicación , con la pena de estar ubicado entre tantas construcciones - Se le otorga una nota de un 8 ( ocho) tanto por su servicio y ubicación -.

This hotel is situated in the middle of a residential area with nothing around it so it's really only for a stopover. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated, the food served in the restaurant was excellent quality and the reception staff were just so lovely and friendly. We liked it here.

Estimados Buenas tardes siempre viajo y utilizo hoteles en esta ocación me quede en Diego de Almagro el aseo en la habitación regular y la atención con poco carisma y hospitalidad uno como pasajero necesita sentirse bien acogido el recibimiento es súper importante acá fue frio, pero en fin fue mi primera apreciación tal vez no es siempre así Saluda arte Rodrigo Jara G.

Excelente, lo único fue que después de las 11 pm no hay servicio de comida a la habitación por lo que quedamos sin comida ese dia
