上次住應該是5-10年前了，很喜歡環境所以這次帶家人再訪。 服務很好，箱根很美、溫泉很棒，旅遊很放鬆！ 唯獨晚餐沒有太驚艷，有點小小的可惜。

別館だと大浴場まで歩きますが、運動と思えば苦ではない。食事、温泉も良かった。

Rooms are big and airy, and affordable even for a solo traveller like me. It means more towards a traditional feel than modern, and it's got everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I just wish they'd be more open towards tattoos in their public bath, but there are tattoo tolerant onsen on walking distance.

素晴らしいサービスではあったものの、明らかに前回のステイでは質が低下していたのが残念でした。宿泊客の変化や人手不足はあると思いますが、日本らしいサービスの維持を願いつつ評価しました。

割引価格のせいか、別館の古い宿泊部屋でした。 トイレが狭く、窮屈なので廊下側の外のトイレを利用しました。（そこは、きれいでひろい） 夕食等は他の皆さんと遜色無かったと思うので、満足でした。

Staff were all professional and helpful. They understood that it was a special occasion and we're very helpful throughout the stay.

My husband, daughter and I spent our last night in Japan at this property. At the time of booking, rooms with a private onsen were sold out. We missed out on the experience but we stayed at the Annex (a little outdated but Ok). Check in and check out were a breeze. Very polite clerks. I liked their gift shop, complimentary coffee and treats in the lobby. Overall, I would recommend it.

Spacious rooms

What I like most : Japanese breakfast, Kaiseki dinner and the private hot spring. What I don't like: need to take shuttle bus to go up and down hill.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and transportation options are very limited. The last trip to and from the hotel is at 5 PM. Additionally, the hotel service bus is not free; you need to pay ¥200. I booked this hotel because I saw it on YouTube and expected the Kaiseki dinner to be served in my room. However, I was disappointed as we ended up having dinner in the restaurant on the 6th floor instead. The area was serene and cold, which might explain why there’s no air conditioning in the rooms (at least in mine). Some staff members are friendly, while others seem less so. Since they all wear masks, it’s hard to tell.
