Really nice hotel in a quiet location and very friendly staff. A shout out to Nadia who was so helpful - thank you! Breakfast was good and the property is just a few minutes walk from the town center, so ideal to access restaurants, shops, etc.

Cockroaches in room and on the balcony. But apart from that very nice style and room, if they only address the cockroache problem I think they will do excellent.

Excellent location, The main entrance of the hotel has some steps that you have to climb carrying your suitcases and there is no doorman. Friendly Staff

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Gorgeous and the work that went into restoring this amazing palace is a pleasure to enjoy! Everyone including our fabulous breakfast chef. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, perfect to walk anywhere in the City and a little away from the busiest streets. The service was excellent and all the staff is extremely helpful, kind and will make you feel like home. World class! Nadia, Barbara and Giulia were great with us on our stay.

Loved my stay here, it's intimate, comfortable, clean and located close to everything. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, suggesting places to visit and assisting with directions, making bookings for dinner and providing directions through WhatsApp and Google maps... I can't speak highly enough of the hotel and it's staff... 11 out of 10 from me!

Perfect location, historical building, very close to the old center, but in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, especially Alessio, who provided us very useful information during our stay, regarding boat trips, places to eat traditional cuisine, beautiful places to swim! The room was large, with great interior design. Good choice to stay in Olbia!

Chambre très bruyante avec l’extérieur et la réception qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. Nous avons du partir après la première nuit alors qu’on avait réservé deux nuits. Je ne le recommande pas malgré la courtoisie du personnel.

Yderst charmerende hotel med meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Det var vanskeligt at finde og at parkere i centrum, men hvilket sted. Kan varmt anbefales.

Underbart litet hotell som gör rätt för sina 4 stjärnor medans personalen borde få 5 stjärnor minst. Verkligen perfekt läge och bära till allt men ändå avskilt så hit kommer vi gärna igen.
