Avevo già soggiornato anni fa in questa struttura, e il mio soggiorno nel mese di agosto 2025 ha confermato l’ottima opinione che mi ero già fatto. Un posto ideale per soggiornare e visitare Spoleto e gli altri luoghi meravigliosi dell’Umbria

Dejligt hotel, fint velfungerende værelse. Dejligt med køleskab. Morgenmaden var virkelig god. Døgnåben reception, der altid gav en god service. Nemt at komme hurtigt højt op i byen med det rullende fortov, tæt på hotellet. Dejlig by, mange fine pladser og restauranter. Vi kommer gerne igen. Eneste ulempe var at vores bil, som er lav skrabede bunden hver gang vi skulle ud af garagen.

The staff were so kind and every detail was beautiful. Also, the breakfasts were amazing! I will definitely be back.

Bella struttura, posizione comoda per visitare il centro del paese, vicino alle scale mobili che collegano i vari punti turistici. Stanza ampia e comoda, ben accessoriata. Buona anche la colazione, in una bella sala. Personale molto gentile.

Location perfetta con garage al chiuso. Bellissimo ambiente e molto famigliare. A Natale bisogna farsi coccolare

A good base to explore Spoleto.

The hotel San Luca is a gem. Quiet, beautiful and wonderful proximity to all of the shopping, restaurants, and sites of Spoleto. Plus, the staff is wonderful - thoughtful, helpful, and excellent recommendations!

An older hotel but retains much charm and was very comfortable it was an excellent value as well . Our room was unusually large for an older European hotel .

Great breakfast! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Overall our stay wasn’t pleasant at this hotel. The rooms were old and the tiles on the floor looked dirty and scratched. The main reason we left was because this place likes to play with the AC. They turn it on and off when they feel like it from their computer. After walking around hot and humid Spoleto we came back to a sauna. We had to start the AC by the time it cool down I was animal already because I had showered for dinner and I was dripping wet. Next day I wake up because it’s so hot in the room. I call the front desk and they tell me they are cleaning the rooms and turn the AC off when they do this. Obviously they never heard of a thermostat or they just think I’m a stupid American. After they saw I was aggravated the man upfront said out AC wouldn’t be blocked any more. Americans don’t come on vacation to a 4 star hotel and have to sweat like a pig while they are getting ready. They might be use to it because they live here but that doesn’t mean the guest have to suffer. Overall I spent 450 euros for a hotel that shouldn’t even have one star.

Loved our stay. Staff was incredible.

We stayed here with extended family and friends before our wedding. We had a lovely time and the owner also accommodated us inviting family and friends over to the hotel garden the evening before our wedding. So overall very happy.
