即便是在节日期间，印度籍员工在排灯节期间依然非常热情友好、乐于助人。他们的积极态度极大地提升了我的入住体验。他们在节日期间的奉献精神值得表扬或奖励。

酒店员工热情友好，服务周到。第一天，我们房间的空调出了问题，我们和宝宝一整晚都没睡着。第二天，我们通知了前台，前台立即派了工程师来维修。我们建议酒店进行翻新。

空调控制面板坏了。酒店管理层或员工似乎对房间里的电子设备漠不关心。我问顾客是否已经向酒店团队报告过，我只是回答说房间一直在那里，也进行过多次清洁，但酒店却在等待报告，然后才采取补救措施。

如果您正在寻找经济型酒店，那么这家酒店总体来说很不错。

我认为这家酒店价格适中，适合商务旅行。它离Nu Sentral购物中心很近，对我来说非常方便，因为我没有太多空闲时间去更远的购物中心。工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。我在这里的体验非常好。

Hotelnya worth it. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Lokasi tidak jauh dari KL Sentral. Cuma karyawan kurang senyum.

The hotel location at the Kuala Lumpur city center albeit a bit far from mass rapid transport stations, but the hotel has a bus stop for the public bus which has a direct route to the SBZ airport. The room with rugs has standard amenities, but includes an iron & board, refrigerator, and a safe box.

Staff hotel sangat ramah, walaupun bangunan lama dan desain tidak modern tapi kamar & kamar mandi sangat bersih dan tidak berdebu, hanya 12 menit jalan kaki ke Nu Sentral. Banyak makanan di sekitar hotel dan disediakan setrikaan tiap kamar. I had a great stay here

Kami sangat senang nginap dihotel scott dan kami akan datang lagi untuk jalan jalan ke kuala lumpur.

Hotel is outsourced the breakfast to an adjacent small restaurant and the the breakfast I had for the 1st day was one of the horrible breakfast I ever had in my life. And the second day nothing was available for the breakfast and none of the restaurant staff was willing to help too! So the next 2 days I didn't even go there as there are many good restaurants are surrounded 2-5 minutes waking distance from the hotel. So better book a non breakfast room.

The bed, pillow, and blanket are new and comfortable. Clean room with window. Nice staff.

We were very happy and extended our stay for another 2 days. The hotel is near the central railway, which makes it easy to go anywhere. The staff was very good. The guards are friendly.

This is my second stay and everything is great.

The room was nice, but the deposit was not clear. They did not say we needed to pay for tax and cut from the deposit, and the hotel is a bit far from Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Need to walk for 10 minutes.
