Hotel facilities were ok but very sterile. Staff were indifferent and not at all welcoming or helpful. Had to ask breakfast hour, not told about the hotel’s facilities. There was a major local festival in town which is why we visited. You would think they’d be excited to welcome visitors and explain what was happening. Even though they spoke English, it seems unless you spoke Spanish they weren’t interested in helping you.

Bon accueil à l’enregistrement. Hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville, grande chambre confortable, salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Très bon petit déjeuner, parking pratique et accès aux étages par ascenseur.

Estábamos de paso. Lo elegimos por ser 4 estrellas y spa a muy buen precio..El desayuno incluido está muy bien. Recomendable

Hotel céntrico bien situado, a 2 minutos andando de la plaza Mayor. Limpio y con un desayuno amplio bueno y variado. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Como punto negativo que no había aire acondicionado. Al llegar por la tarde hacia calor en la habitación y no funciona el aire. Llamé a recepción y me dijeron que no estaba activo el sistema de frío en todo el hotel. Como solución me dijeron que abriese la ventana. Pase calor esa noche.

Wir waren beruflich für zwei Tage dort im Hotel. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel in gute Lage. Nachteil war das die Nutzung des Wellnessbereich kostenpflichtig ist für Hotelgäste.

Incrível a localização e o atendimento

Nice hotel with big rooms and en-suites. Very good value for money. Nice bar and lots of other options within easy walking distance. Very friendly check in.

Desayuno muy bueno

A very nice, quiet clean central hotel, handy for the wine museum and the main paseo. Lovely Big bath. Very slightly over-heated to my taste, and I thought 26€ was a bit steep for the spa, but it was a nice spa.

Buen hotel, el desayuno tipo buffet bueno y variado

På söndagar har alla restauranger stängt på kvällen och det visste vi inte så vi rekommenderar inte att ni bor i Valdepenas på söndagar. Personalen i receptionen hade ingen aning om detta och rekommenderade oss restauranger som alltså inte var möjliga att äta på.
