The staff at this accommodation were incredibly sweet and provided excellent instructions to help us make the most of our stay. The daily room cleaning service was a great touch, and the air conditioner worked brilliantly. The location is conveniently close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also very budget-friendly. I had a wonderful time here—thanks so much!

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious (especially at the price) and air conditioning was good, everything within walking distance - I'd definitely stay here again.

Sköna sängar, bra med ac. Dock fattades garderob i ena rummet. Dåligt att förvara ytterplagg och skor. Opraktiskt kök mitt i hallen. Ej utrustning för 4 personer. Balkongen gick inte använda. Bra med städning varje dag.

Loved our stay at Brustar Sagrada Familia. We were on the 2nd floor, number 23, faci g the street. We had a small balconcy under the large trees. We were met upin arrival at 8:30 and shown the multiple codes for multiple doors. We also were in cantact with the operator via whatsapp so its best if you have whatsapp before you arrive. Room was much larger than we expected. Shower loomed decent but in practice was difficult to use. While we heard some street noise, it was minir and never affected our sleep. You are in Barcelona don't forget. Would definately recommend. Be prepared to walk the town!!

A localização é muito boa! O quarto é relativamente confortável. O secador de cabelo era muito ruim. O chuveiro um pouco incômodo devido ao tamanho. Poderia ter um frigobar, faria uma grande diferença na nossa estadia.

Muy buen servicio y ubicación

Cet hôtel est très bien placé à 10 min de la station de métro la sagrada familia. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté et plusieurs dans la rue en face ainsi que un petit market. Nous avons bien dormi, malgré qu’on entend pas mal les autres résident ou l’extérieur

The elevator is small, room is adequate for the price. 1 window with rust and look like mold spots. Be careful climbing into bathtub, tall and slippery. Liked pizza place downstairs.

Molto comunicativi in fase di entrata nella struttura. Il proprietario si mette in contatto tramite whatsapp. Una volta giunti a destinazione il check in viene fatto tramite uno schermo , in chiamata da remoto. Molto gentile l’operatore e chiara la spiegazione un po’ in inglese un po’ in italiano. Le tasse di soggiorno vanno pagate in contanti e messe in una busta. La stanza (13) si trova sopra una pizzeria, un po’ rumorosa ma portandosi i tappi per le orecchie si riesce a riposare. La stanza è nella norma, da rivedere la doccia con evidenti segni di usura. Ha il wi-fi gratis. Di questa struttura abbiamo apprezzato il prezzo e la sua vicinanza alla Sagrada Familia e alla metropolitana, 5 minuti entrambe a piedi. Lo consigliamo.

the staff were absolutely lovely and i have no complaints about the accomodation itself. towels and basic toiletries are provided and rooms are cleaned every day. location is pretty central and there's a metro station nearby, as well as many restaurants and cafés. i'd definitely stay here again!

Excelente ubicación, buena limpieza diaria, tranquila, sin ruidos pero tener cuidado porque robaron cartera que se dejó en la habitación probablemente personal de limpieza que ingresa diariamente y me sentí insegura los demás días. Notifiqué pero no creyeron que su personal hiciera esto!

The staff was very friendly but except for the daily room cleaning staff I never met anyone else . Communication was via Whats app and a few phone at a sort of check in on the 1th floor. The room was for two people but I was alone and found it very small especially the bathroom/toilet. There was a water heater and tea but no coffee in the room. There was some problem with the wiring which made for the water heater to stop working as well as the ceiling light above the bed. I asked and received another water heater, but when plugging it in at 4 am before heading to the airport the other light stopped working.. so no coffee and no light. Be aware that this location is not easy to reach with the airport bus so when arriving late in the evening expect a long walk or arrange for a taxi.

The property was on a Main Street. Excellent security and the room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels and bedding after 3 days and you could request additional items eg more towels, toilet rolls, tea bags, etc. From our initial booking Paco the owner/ manager was in touch via wats app to request flight times, etc. when our taxi dropped us off at the raring address he remained at the property till just before 10pm to ensure he welcomed us - we really appreciated that. Our cleaner was superb and extremely polite when we saw him daily. We would use the property again should we re visit Barcelona as it was central for all of the areas and attractions we wanted to visit.

The staff were very fine people. Any kind of restaurant close by. More luxury yout demand for that price
