Clean and modern hotel minutes away from the airport.

The hotel messaged ahead of time to inform me of free shuttle services, and I was able to call hotel concierge to get on a van with other guests. Upon check in I was asked to choose my time for the shuttle the next day. The shuttle service is only from the airport to the hotel and back, and not for going into Bilbao downtown. The room was clean and spacious, the window overlooked the parking lot. The hand shower didn’t work but the rain shower did, water temperature and pressure was fine. The lighting for the toilet area had motion detectors, which was a nice touch. The only amenities in the room were two towels (one large one small, small one was mildly stained blue), bath rug, a small soap and small bottles of shower and bath liquid soap, and a hairdryer. I would have appreciated some water, qtips, and slippers. The rooms were generally quiet and the blackout curtains blocked light well. Overall good experience, if I needed to stay by the airport again i’d be happy to revisit.

Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.

Service people are all polite and warm! It’s quiet and clean. Love the pillows!!! Only thing is nothing is in the room, no water, no coffee and no tea. Everything is payable. Small price but just wishing it will be free.

Very Basic . Continental breakfast. Cereal bowls all chipped. More bnb than hotel. No tea coffee in rooms. Near airport but nothing only another hotel around. Very Quiet hotel. nobody around.

Very convenient to the airport and generally clean. However, expensive (no breakfast included) and aircon set to 25 degrees in the room! Could not be adjusted so was uncomfortably hot.

Excellent stay and excellent sleep. I spent 3 nights as a tourist because it was surprisingly affordable compared to accommodation in the city. I probably wasn't their typical customer :) Buses to the city and airport go only every 60 minutes unless you walk to the airport to get the frequent bus (every 15 minutes). It's a 15-20 minute walk but I don't recommend it because there is no designated walking route, instead you have to walk on the side of a highway. Some planning ahead for the hourly bus makes it easy enough to get to the city and back. Travel time with that bus is 40-45 minutes. 4 stars for condition only because my bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the latch actually broke during my stay. Not a problem for me being solo. Otherwise everything was perfect. There's a pretty basic breakfast (coffee, juice, breads and cereals) for 8 euros which I happily paid instead of getting to the city that early.
