My wife and I had a brilliant week in San Sebastion. The hotel was perfect in everyway and we would not hesitate to recommend La Sala Plaza to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop, outstanding location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Our room was noisy due to festivities outside our window. Otherwise, it was great!

Beautiful property with an excellent staff. I wish there was beach access closer to the hotel as opposed to having to walk 10 minutes to the first entrance.

This hotel is lovely - and on a fantastic area. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast is excellent.

This is a very nice property in the old town section. If your thing is walking and enjoying the Pintxos bars this place is very hard to beat. Rooms are more than adequate, clean and luxurious without being too stuffy (old vibe), in fact design is modern. The staff is also very friendly and catered to all our requests in timely fashion. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here in our next San Sebastian visit....hopefully soon.

o hotel tem rooftop com piscina! numa cidade de praia! quando fui usar piscina, estava proibido pq nao era limpa tinha mto tempo! sujissima! jamais tinha visto hotel c piscina suja e impropria! primeira vez! nao sei se foi economia ou falta de pagamento de funcionario! ou os dois! toalhas hoteis duras e ruins! quarto era quente! colchao tb me deu dor na coluna! banheiro alagava todo! mandei uma caixa pelos correios a caixa voltou e avisei hotel q disse q ia recebe la de volta p mim! no dia que a caixa chegou advinhe? mandaram coltar pros correios pq nao ia pagar 18 euros de taxa de devolucao- que eu nao sabia q tjnha! gente! ERA so pegar telefone e me avisar! eu mandava o dobro pra eles! mas as pessoas nao pensam! nao se importam com as outras! uma coisa horrenda! jamais vi tanta falta de profissionalismo e inteligencia na vida! custava avisar? eu mandava o dinheiro na hora! gentileza gentileza! eficiencia gere eficiencia! Meu Deus! to em choque ate hj com isso tudo!

Great stay at Lasala Plaza !!

Modern, fantastic position.

The location was great - walkable to major sites. While close to very busy tourist locations, the hotel was quiet. In close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, and beautiful historic buildings. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable.

Probably the best place low-key to stay in San Sebastian. Loved it! They also make fantastic red wine which is a must-try.

went in sholder season so was a bit chilly with overcast, but the hotel was fantastic. Vibe was adult only with calm and peace. The lobby bar was a bit lively but not too loud Sea View room was nice size and well appointed Driving in was a little difficult because it is in old town with limited parking
