Proses check-in sangat susah saya memesan kamar family room untuk 3 tamu namun pas saya check-in saya di beri kamar yang 2 tamu, Pas saya masuk kamar saya kaget kamar begitu kecil tidak sesuai foto. Lalu saya komplen ke resepsionis tapi tidak direspon dan saya mengancam. Lalu dalam 10 menitan saya didatangin receptionis dan baru di-upgrade kamar saya ke family room.

I requested for non-smoking room, I get smoking room, I booked for Deluxe, I get family room, toilet cannot flush, no shower gel, toothbrush have to buy rm3, no coffee and tea in the room. Air-condition very noisy. Overall very disappointed and sad.. staying at the hotel. thanks

Been staying here for the 4 times. Staff very helpful, supportive and friendly. Clean room and strong WiFi in the room. The location near the hospital. Definitely will come again.

No provide breakfast and newspaper

1. I book room with window but I got no window room and than change to the window but air con is very old. So I back to no window 2. tv is old style, not flat screen led or lcd but old style tv and than I don't know. no sleep mode that become suddenly off 3. Kettle for boiling water in my room 108 is broken. More than 30 I waiting until I forget the water not boiling, so I call the reception to change but they check first, I know how to use 4. And the staff (who check my kettle and he is indian) at night shift is not friendly. I need hanger he give hair dryer. 5. I don't want to back in this hotel and I check out, no extend today

Menarik, hotelnya clean, setiap hari housekeeping selalu datang tiap hari menawarkan kebersihan room. Hotelnya juga bagus, bersih. Best sangat.
