Thank God, the hotel is great: clean rooms, hot and cold water, friendly reception, and delicious food. The location is opposite Tiptop, which also has delicious food. Close to Deli Park Mall. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is quite far from the city, about 30 minutes. It's very close to the beach and Randani Airport. There's also a minimarket inside the hotel, so if you don't have time to go to Indomaret, you can still stop by. The breakfast menu is extensive. In terms of taste, I found it quite good.

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's strategically located in the heart of Medan. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff is friendly, but there's no parking; you have to pay the parking attendant for it.

Being able to prepare breakfast early allowed me to catch my 6:00 AM train, and the separate wet and dry toilets saved me time. Everything else was good, except for the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear the swishing of suitcases and footsteps outside the door.

The hotel is located right in the center of Medan city. Across the hotel is the Famous Old but Well-known Restaurant: Tip Top. Nearby, there are lots of food options in the evening. I made a reservation which included breakfast. The breakfast is okay, enough in the morning. I had a very good stay, the staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom. More than I expected. The design they made in the hotel is very Instagrammable. I recommend this hotel, but please don't increase the price, because I want to stay here again.. LOL.

The staff was not very friendly and the room requested was non-smoking but smoking was available so it was uncomfortable because from the start the booking was non-smoking and the room's AC was very noisy, aka an error.
