Every year, I always choose to stay here and it never lets me down, one of the best hotels in Balikpapan. The service and staff are really kind and professional. The room is clean, has a good vibe, and is spacious. I really enjoy staying here.

The room was damp and smelled musty, the sheets also smelled, the pillows smelled like they had never been changed, and the atmosphere was also very dark. For that price, it wasn't worth it. Even though it was a non-smoking room, they should still maintain the cleanliness and fragrance of the room, at least there should be air freshener, and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled really musty.

- The power to the power outlet often went out

- The AC leaked until check out without any repairs. When we moved in, there were no toiletries 382
- The bedsheets had 37 blood stains (I forgot which room), so we had to move rooms
- When we checked in, no one helped us with our luggage.

The room was dirty, the sheets were stained.
We weren't given towels, and the soap had to be refilled.
The shower was terrible, the water didn't come out smoothly.

Superior room 232, the outdoor AC fan unit is very close to the room and is very noisy all night, so I can't sleep. The window faces an unkempt alley where the outdoor AC fan unit is located.

Booked a room via Traveloka, requested a deluxe room, but when I checked in, it wasn't available and I was given a twin according to the voucher even though I could choose it before booking. The roof of the room's ventilation leaked when it rained, really disturbing my sleep, I couldn't ask for a room change. When I first entered the room, the bathroom cloth was already wet and it wasn't replaced. The basement parking area smelled really bad, the waitress service was also bad when clearing up used plates from my bf, in essence, the room I booked didn't match the price and picture. It's really not worth it and I'd only try it once.
