Staff is friendly & helpful. The hotel smells nice, good ambience & clean! Located at friendly neighboorhood & just near at 7 eleven mart. Can req early check in.

Pengalaman buruk di hotel ini, sepintas sepertinya sangat terjangkau. Tapi saya baru sadar bahwa hotel ini sangat buruk karena kurang kedap suara. Suara orang yang sedang berhubungan intim terdengar sangat keras dan mengganggu. Hal ini terjadi beberapa kali selama dua malam saya di sini. Luas ruangan juga sangat kecil. Penduduk asli Singapura juga sepertinya sudah tahu jenis hotel seperti apa Fragrance Hotel - Classic ini.

Agak bingung cari hotelnya banyak nama dengan jenis yang berbeda, proses check innya agak susah harusnya nulis formulir segala. Kamarnya lumayan bagus tapi kelihatan kayak kamar kos daripada hotel.

Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, cũng không quá xa MRT, trạm xe bus ngay sát bên, đối diện khách sạn là khu chợ đồ ăn, rất tiện lợi.

Poor soundproof rooms. You can hear people walking & talking when they are outside your door. Room is too tiny for 2 person, with very limited walking space. The bed is right next to the door.

The hotel have a great location. Right in front of Balestier Market (hawker centre) , next to plaza and 1 bus stop (or 5 min walking) from mall. There's bus stop in front of hotel. A bit far from any MRT station, so mostly use bus. The room is as small as expected however clean and surprisingly well arrange to maximize space. Also have big window that face the street which is great. The air-con is not well located (the wind blow right to my face), however I think this is really hard to fix due to room size, but in my opinion it's better if they put the aircon blower right in front of the room door instead of in front of bathroom door. The bed is too hard instead of firm which is not so good.

Sangat menyenangkan, resepsionis ramah, kamar bersih, kamar bagus dapat jendela, resepsionis 24 jam. Bisa melayani check-in jam berapa saja. Ngerokok bisa di depan pinggir jalan. Tidak kecewa menginap disini, semoga bisa kesini lagi. terima kasih fragrance hotel.
