每晚近100万印尼盾的价格，房间设施应该更好一些。早餐选择非常有限，停车位也有限，而且没有工作人员提供帮助。我觉得以近100万印尼盾的价格来说，这样的服务非常欠佳。

下午入住，有些房间仍然空着。我预订了海景/泳池景房，但从房间里根本看不到海景/泳池景，而是订到了洗衣房旁边的房间，所以我的房间只能看到墙。酒店前台说酒店已经客满了，尽管我旁边还有一间空房，为什么不直接给我那间呢？我也是几天前预订的。所以在我看来，我预订的房间和最终入住的房间不一样。前台也确认了这一点，确实不一样。 我房间的床单上有黄色斑点。房间光线也有点暗。房间的一些角落有蜘蛛网。我当天就退房了，因为我的孩子快到半夜还在房间里哭，我担心会打扰到其他住客。 不过，对于无边泳池来说，日落时的景色真的很美。

住在这里很愉快。想看海豚的地方也很近，还可以到酒店接人。谢谢❤️

和家人一起住，酒店房间马马虎虎，只是酒店位置还可以，就在海滩前面，离克里斯纳很近。

工作人员的服务意识还不够强，需要学习更多的接待知识。

下次如果想看海豚就住这家酒店，租船比其他地方便宜。 👌

入住手续快捷，酒店员工友好，海滩景色优美。

Hotelnya bersih. Kamar luas dengan penataan yang rapi. Kolam renang bersih. Balkon langsung view pantai 🥰. Akses ke pantai langsung dan bisa pesan di resepsion untuk perahu sewa melihat lumba-lumba. Area parkir mobil cukup. Pilihan makanan cukup dan rasanya enak. Salah satu recommended hotel juga jika liburan di Lovina bersama keluarga

kurang sigap disaat tamu cek in dan cek out, perlu belajar hospitality.... hanya liburan di bali utara Bos sy tidak kasi tipping.. ingat jangan melihat orang dari penampilannya saja... layani tamu tanpa membedakan. Terima kasih

Stayed here with my girlfriend and had an amazing time. The resort was great and clean, and the staff were just superb. Room wasn't the biggest (25m^2?) but it had an awesome balcony with amazing views across the water and sunset. I can strongly recommend the Seaview rooms. Food was surprisingly good.

Nice comfy bed. Nice room. Helpful and nice staffs. Breakfast menu is so so. Lack of greens, the exterior of the hotel is just massive concrete. So it's very hot in the day time. Unpleasant to stay outside the room. Design of the swimming pool is not so attractive, no trees around, so you can't really enjoy the swimming pool in the day time as there is no shade at all. The only time we can enjoy the hotel is during sunset and the view of sunset from the hotel is also not so special.
