从主路到酒店的路很远，而且很多路段都损坏了。不能提前办理入住。迎宾饮品很好喝。必须点咖啡，并注明客人身份。饮用水不能续杯，但会提供4瓶。早餐是异国风味，米饭是uduk（一种用黄油煎的米饭），水果方面除了蛇皮果和百香果之外还有。电视节目主要是视频，所以如果你想看电影，可以打开视频，但经常会循环播放，甚至可能因为信号/网络不好而自动关闭。我要求提供化妆间，但床单、枕套和毛巾都没有更换（因为它们只放在洗手台上，而不是地上）。

Wi-Fi was so slow. I think here is for friends, couples. Female manager was kind.

Kamarnya bagus dan luas, kolam renang besar, ada bathtub yang langsung mengarah ke kolam renang, kitchen lengkap. Breakfast buffet dan makanannya enak. Rooftop resto-nya best banget sambil lihat sunset.

Baru pertama kali menginap di hotel mengalami mati lampu yang lumayan lama, apalagi ini hotel bintang 5.

The hotel staff was proactively offering an on-house room decoration to sweeten the vibe when they knew my partner and I stayed in the hotel for our special day. Thank you so much! We loved the welcome juices too—so refreshing. The pool is clean and pretty as I viewed from the restaurant and too bad I couldn't enjoy it. The room's Wi-Fi speed is pretty fast too. The pancake in house is too good! My partner and I cannot stop ourselves from not having it. However, the hotel maintenance should be leveled up. So wood frame under the basic and towel hanger are half crooked. The bathtub stopper is sometimes working and not working.

Belum sempat memfoto, tapi hotel ini sangat nyaman. Sangat cocok untuk mencari ketenangan, hanya saja variasi makanan sarapannya sedikit.

Reception was not friendly. How can he say that will chek room at 1 am. Its bad isue.

Kamar mandi aromanya kurang baik.

Building is a bit old and not well maintained. We believe its because of covid. We hope they will catch up in maintaining the hotel soon.

Villa untuk yang bener-bener pengen istrahat, tipe-tipe yang staycation gitu jujur nyaman banget, tapi kurang nyaman kalau pas dari luar trus masuk villa jlanan gelap banget menuju kamar villa, agak scary. Belum lagi pas hujan kemaren, anak-anak jadi takut gamau kstu lagi. Pegawai nya juga terbatas. Tapi pelayanan cukup baik. Bisa nitip laundry ke depan villa juga murah banget lagi. Semoga ke depannya lampu jalan setapak dinyalain ya ga gelap banget dan pegawai ditambahin. Kalau bisa driving rainnya operasi juga. Biar ga jauh masuk jalan kaki.

Villa lumayan mahal, tapi tidak terawat, kamar termasuk kirang bersih. Nginap bawa anak kecil aja kena charge tambahan. Beda dengan Villa2 lain. Villa sangat gelap dimalam hari, ngirit lampu dari akses parkir gelap gulita, lobby remang-remang , lorong gelap & harus pakai light hp untuk jalan ke kamar. Cukup 1x saja

Sejak pertama datang staff resepsionis di lobby ramah banget. Proses check in dan check out super cepat. Extend menginap bahkan cukup by whatsapp. Semua kamar villa dilengkapi privat pool dan kitchen sendiri. bathtub di setiap unit. Sarapan dine in di kamar selama pandemi. Benar-benar super privat villa. Disediakan juga antar jemput airport dengan additional fee. Overall menginap di The Leaf Jimbaran 4 hari jadi menyenangkan. Pasti balik lagi!

Saat pertama check in sudah disambut dengan ramah, villanya adem dan sangat nyaman untuk liburan keluarga lengkap dengan private pool dan kitchen nya. Terasa dirumah sendiri. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi. Special thx to: Ketut Sulaesih 😀.

Sedikit kurang nyaman, untuk kamar dan toilet kurang bersih, shower rusak, dan kolam nya kotor.

Poor service, unmaintained and a lot of broken facilities.

The villa is going down the hill because of the pandemic. But we still managed to have good rest and swim while in the property. The only thing very annoying is the water debit in the toilet (I stayed in Villa No.2), very frustrating after every time the nature call🥲 the other thing is bearable. I understand how hard it is to keep everything nice with virtually no business islandwide.
