The area is close to Blok M mall and local culinary, check-in time is safe, the room size is small but clean.

The sink is leaking, I asked for a twin room but only got a smoking room, I couldn't find another twin room, I couldn't upgrade either

Forced to check out because I had business and finally I returned to the Blok M area the next day but to a different hotel because it was full here, basically throughout checking out from this prima, changing hotels twice without stopping comparing with cheap prices the bed was sleeping in a 5 star. The sound was almost inaudible. Very very very clean😭. Minimalist not wasteful. The only minus is that the blower doesn't work, the floor is wet until the morning the towels don't dry. And there is no large mirror inside, only in the bathroom, maybe the room facilities are different

Strategically located close to Blok M, shopping centers, close to the National Police Headquarters and a wide selection of culinary delights.

The location is undeniable, but the room and bathroom are too small and the floor has tiles that are uncomfortable to walk on.

Strategic location, good service, good cleanliness

The hotel's location is very strategic, super close to the Blok M BCA MRT and also close to the culinary center at Blok M Hub. Our three-day, two-night stay here to catch a concert at GBK was quite enjoyable.

The bathroom is too narrow, and the breakfast menu has little variety, and there is no smoking area, if you want to smoke outside you have to stand, the seating belongs to the cafe.

First time staying at this hotel during a business trip, I really like the friendly staff, strategic location and what I like most is the cleanliness of the hotel and the room model is good. Suggestion: if possible, add a mirror/glass in the room area because it is a bit complicated for mothers when dressing up in the bathroom mirror.
