酒店员工非常热情友好。由于酒店大堂正在装修，前往二楼房间需要走楼梯。房间里有很多蟑螂。酒店的毛巾很薄而且很脏。

The WiFi is not available and there are cockroaches in the room and toilets. Looks clean but not cleans I myself have killed 3 cockroachses.

The room is okay but just the WiFi please repair it. Its been have been months we the WiFi problem not settled. Hope the higher management look into this.

The room is clean, price is affordable and the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

Toilet so small and untidy, furniture need to throw out cause make the invironment looks scary. TV is useless. Water mineral water provided.

I book this hotel stay for 3days. Then reception charge me more rm30. How come about this? I asked. They said is for tax. What tax I understood. N so bad the reception. I got something want to ask. In room call for them many times but they don’t have pick up. 4-5 times and must wait so long! . 1 best worker is cleaning people ( aunty) . And everything is very bad very bad.
