Fairly pleasant stay, all linen and towel change requests done with ease. Hopefully they could improve on the lighting, room seemed dimmer than expected. Other than that really value for money.

I was expecting forva room with my own toilet but I got a room without toilet. I was supposed to check in 14:00h but the room is not ready until 18:00h, so I have to wait a good 2 hrs outside.

The place is good for cheap overnight stays and is accessible to any point of the city. The staff are polite. They also serve cheap breakfast meals.

The Room that I took has no CR. There was no information from the app or from the photos that have been shown in the page. I have to go out of my room to take a bath and use the common CR. And I cannot switch to another room, W/ a CR inside because its all booked. But I am satisfied with the service and the hospitable staff, Its location is near from the place where I have an appointment at that time.

Staffs are approachable and friendly.

We got a reservation for their aircon room with two single beds. It had a private bathroom, cabinet with hangers, and an old analog TV with fuzzy reception. We also didn't get to use their wifi since we had trouble connecting to it. We were placed on the 4th floor, so maybe that's why we had trouble connecting. The room was clean and big enough for two. Anyway, the stay was good. We were able to sleep comfortably. That's all we needed.

The staff were polite and courteous but the facilities seems old and I was only given a towel but no toiletries. The shower is not functioning well.

The room is ok for the family and accessible to all.

Fully unsatisfied there is no proper locking system in washroom and toilets and rooms. There is no wifi available in rooms. No room cleaned in 2 days no dust bin changing and no blankets are changed in 2 days. Not any soap shampoo tooth brush and paste available. Is this hotel? Hostel is better than that hotel.

This hotel is quite old. Our assigned room has cockroaches and the shower's malfunctioning.

Theirs a lot of cockroaches and worse is a big mouse running to ours staffed...then we heard a lot's of step in the roof...Where so very disappointed in this hotel...

Smell so dusty and old. Also the sound of air conditioner is so disturbing. Book for 3 nights, and immediately check out the first morning

Some frontdesks are very rude. Staff is not co-operative. They have parking even they didn’t let us park our car.

it was a good hotel nice neat and clean

pros: location it's near the place where I had my training. approachable and helpful staff. cons: not soundproof walls. presence of tiny cockroaches and rat (it ate our candies) needs a bit of upgrading.

Aircon good. Near manila bay. The water like in the picture. I can't imagine where it came from and running like that for 30 minutes. Staff is cold

Great deal for money but if you are that ‘maarte’ this place isn’t for you.

The room was spacious for the four of us. Friendly staffs 🙂
