We went there with a voucher but the manager there was hesitant to accept my voucher. He even asked if I have a printed copy. I think the staff there were not aware of hotel vouchers from various online hotel bookings. Don't know if the manager was thinking if it was legit or not but we saw him talking to someone on the phone and I think we waited for about 30mins before we were given a room. Upon arriving there, aircon wasn't good. The room was hot and even though it was working, the air coming out wasn't cold enough.

At all this hotel is good. Good rate and clean hotel. But we didn't stay too long only 12 hours. One that the hotel must be considered is the security who is in charge in the front of hotel. Always playing phone and smoking never opening the door for the guests as far as I know.

Never again...this will be my first and last.

It was great but I think their air condition didn't work well.
