We went there with a voucher but the manager there was hesitant to accept my voucher. He even asked if I have a printed copy. I think the staff there were not aware of hotel vouchers from various online hotel bookings. Don't know if the manager was thinking if it was legit or not but we saw him talking to someone on the phone and I think we waited for about 30mins before we were given a room. Upon arriving there, aircon wasn't good. The room was hot and even though it was working, the air coming out wasn't cold enough.
