The room is very big and spacious. Staffs were very courteous and really nice.

We booked 2 rooms, a deluxe and a standard. Both were decent for the price. Staff were accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. Unfortunately, I found several tiny cockroaches in the standard room, about 6 roaches in one night. My parents didn’t find any in their room.

Location is just near to Fuente Osmeña Circle. Our room was spacious with 2 beds, clean and we don’t have any problems with regard to TV signal, Wi-Fi, Aircon and they’ve complete toiletries though the CR was quite obsolete. We had plated breakfast but with unlimited coffee and juice. Overall stay was good and it exceeded our expectations.

No dental kit, no bidet in the bathroom, the cabinet and the bathroom with cockroach. And the girl answering the phone for the breakfast is disrespectful and like a mad.

Room was very spacious, clean and was good overall. The only issue that we had in the room were the towels and sheets. The towels were regularly changed but some smelled like cockroach and sheets were too itchy at some point. Overall stay was quite good and we would really recommend the place :D
