位置完美，房间舒适，早餐很棒

พื้นห้องมีฝุ่นเยอะห้องน้ำเหมือนไม่ได้ล้างมีคราบฉี่คนเข้าพักคนก่อน

Room very spacious. But no maintenance on the furniture. Old furniture. Toilet are not clean, smelly, leaking here and there. I hope the management will do something about it.

Previously this hotel was the best hotel to stay but now this hotel is totally run down. Internet line is very poor, the bathroom not well maintained and leaking here and there. I hope the management will do something about it.

Water heater seem not working or 7th floor hot water pressure not enough.

หลังโควิดห้องพักดูไม่สะอาดเหมือนเดิม ห้องดูมีกลิ่นอับอาจเพราะไม่มีแขกเข้าพักเยอะเหมือนแต่ก่อน แต่พึ่งทราบจริงๆว่าหากที่นอนเลอะมีคราบแม้เป็นคราบที่สามารถซักออกได้โดยง่ายแต่ก็ต้องเสียค่าปรับ แม่บ้านแจ้งเป็นกฎของโรงแรมแต่ไม่ทราบว่าแจ้งไว้ใบที่เซ็นเข้าพักหรือเปล่าเพราะไม่ได้อ่านจริงๆ รอยเล็กๆโดนสบู่ขยี้ไม่ถึง5 ครั้งคืออกเลย ทั้งหมด5 รอยโรงแรมจะปรับ 800 บาท จึงซักเอง เป็นแบบนี้แนะนำให้พนักงานต้อนรับแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนด้วยนะคะ

First of all. Lobby is hot. And didn't opened air condition at all. Bathroom is full of cockroach. When sleeping on the bed. The wood on my head. I feels like got something big thing moving inside. I think it was some cockroach inside. They didn't do pest control at all I think. The fridge didn't cleaned properly. The tray inside got liquid very sticky. Floor didn't and wipe clearly. Full of dust. Air conditioning doesn't cold. Breakfast not so many choices. The chef was Hitting the cockroach with the tower in front of the kitchen. The tomatoes sauce whole bottle inside all contains ant. Don't know put out long already. All Complaints as the pictures shown as below

Masa cek in sangat lambat. Sampai 3.30pm masa thai. Kena tanyak 10kali lebih.

ห้องพักโอเค แต่เสียงรบกวนข้างนอกดังมาก ตี 4-5 มีคนทะเลาะเสียงดังจนต้องตื่นโทรหารีเซพชั่น

All was good. From front door until our room was treated very well. But hope to upgrade the breakfast to serve more halal food for muslim customer

Everything is perfect. I love everything about this hotel. Good price with a good service. I travel every month to hatyai&sadao. This hotel is the best water pressure i’ve ever experience. Especially their shower. I always don't want to come out from the shower. Lol. Massage at level 2. Good price. U can pay using myr or thb. The bed. Very comfortable. I love it

The staff speaks english. The room is spacious and clean. however the bed is too soft for my liking. well worth the money for the overall package. should be the best hotel you can find in this area.

front staff give bad hospitality not friendly enough.

The vista hotel ada hotel yang sangat cantik, selesa, bersih, saya suka menginap di hotel tersebut sebab dekat dengan bandar.

location ok central of dannok, have own car parking slot, nearby 7-11 and tesco.
