I have no complain on the room itself but the receptionist. She is not always be at the lobby and she cannot speak English. We arrive at 1pm and actually wanted to put our luggage there to go and had lunch (check in time 2pm) but nobody was there. We called the contact number but both of us did not understand each other. We waited until 1.30 then i called booking site for help. 2pm she appeared but we still didn't understand each other. Booking site was helping us to get through and finally i had my room at 2.15. The next day as checkout we also didn't see anyone at the lobby. Nothing to say more on this kind of service.
