When we arrived for check-in, the reception told us the booking as we mentioned for non-smoking is without window? But what we booked is with window, after confirm the booking is with window then told us this rooms have sold out, at last she upgraded the room for you, toilet bowl cover also got yellow stain, as we informed few time at reception just to clean it well, but the floor mat I'm not sure whether it’s really black or never change it.

Left my things at the room but the hotel worker don't info me and I do not even receive a call. When I go back my hometown just relieve that I left at hotel room.

Room extremely small. During check in, system was down, have to wait about 20 minutes at lobby. House keeping was not done after first night stay. Hotel staff kept on calling for check out 30 minutes before check out time. Position of main door for entrance to the room is blocking ease of going in our getting out of the room, hence if emergency, may not be able to exit safely.

Room size like Tune Hotel. Super budget so can't complain much. Have a pleasant stay.

Not comfortable cause the bed sheet, pillow case and towel seem dirty and got yellow marked. need to inform receptionist if you need to do room housekeeping, else they won't tidy and clean up your room.
