A bit far away from ancient town, the room is good and clean, but air conditioner is not working and also balcony door cannot lock.

This is undoubtedly an excellent place to stay in Hoi An. More detailed, it can be described that: - Facility: It is a well-designed villa. As it was fully completed construction around February and run at the same time so everything is brand new. My room was Suite King with Pool View. It is quite a big room with all equipment you need. - Location: Locating at the suburb of Hoi An (1 km from the center), you can travel to the villa by car from Da Nang (around 30 mins and approx. VND 100,000/person, which is very convenient). You may say that it is a bit far from the Hoi An center, however, this is actually what I like. Because it is more peaceful. In order to get to the center, you can ride bicycle, which is absolutely free (while in other place, it will cost you around VND 30,000). - Service: This is what I like most about this villa. The host family is warm and friendly. The owner is also flexible. I came at the hotel at around 12:30 pm and my checking-in time was 2 pm. However, he allowed me to check-in earlier. It also happened with the checking-out time. We were able to check-out late to fit our schedule with no arising fee. If you ever have anything need supporting, just tell him. - Price: The price is compatible with the service. Definitely recommend to my friends and it will be my destination for next trips!
