提供一加仑水供自行灌装，不提供水瓶，不提供洗漱用品，房间很小，就所提供的设施而言，价格相当昂贵。

我深夜抵达并办理了入住。酒店员工人非常好，他还是两年前我遇到的那个人。他非常友善地帮我轻松办理了入住。但是，我觉得他们必须改善卧室和浴室的清洁度。我两年前住过这家酒店，房间非常干净，所以这次我再次入住，当我走进卧室，发现地板上满是灰尘时，我感到非常震惊。浴室里有一些发霉的地方。卫生纸必须换到别的地方，因为它放在淋浴下方，所以卫生纸总是湿的。

Stayed in twice for my medical checkup, friendly staffs and near with historical places. Would like to staycation again for my family trip

I booked for 2 days and added an extra day. Nice staff and clean room. Accessible to restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies, and KPJ hospital.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is not really close to the city center, but it's still okay to have Grab and take the bus. Near Masjid Kampong Ayer.

Bagus pengiapannya nyaman, cocok buat solotrip.

Strategic location but berdroom is not clean. Bed sheet isn't changed yet. So sorry.

The room is comfortable and clean, but the perfume smell from the room is too strong.

Bilik yang besar, selesa. Puas hati untuk berehat cuma ada bunyi bising masa masuk kerana ada kerja-kerja renovation. Tapi sebab duduk bilik hanya tengah malam jadi ia tak mengganggu waktu tidur.

Hotelnya nyaman, bersih dan bagus. Dekat hotel ada mcdonald's dan minimarket. Kalau sekedar mau beli snack/minuman kaleng/air mineral/mie instan cup di lobby hotel pun jual. Ada deposito sebesar 50rm yang akan di kembalikan saat check-out. Dari hotel ke karena mal/jab city sequare naik grab 8-10 rm. hanya saya dinding hotel tipis, Sehingga kalau kamar sebelah buka tutup pintu/suara kendaraan/masak air panas suara terdengar jelas. Tapi oke lha untuk sekedar istirahat.

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, big bathroom. Cons: Room was too small, no toothbrush provided, no table which is a huge turn off. All in all, a good stay. Would recommend if they can put a table in the room for business visitors.
