酒店环境干净、舒适，工作人员总是热情好客。

物有所值。房间干净漂亮。室内游泳池干净。早餐种类丰富且美味。靠近商店和英雄广场。交通便利，但停车需要自费。总的来说，我很高兴在 Moty 酒店度假，一定会再来的。

浴室地板黏糊糊的。浴室里（刚入住时）粪便味很重。淋浴间的地板也不太干净……应该用刷子刷一下。食物很一般。菜单上的图片上写着鸡肉粥，但拿到手上却是白粥（甚至都没加盐）。酒店的气味令人非常失望。蒸汽味……游泳池的通风系统也不太好，弥漫着蒸汽味。游泳池的水有点绿。总之，下次再也不会来了。

强烈推荐...房间非常舒适，超级宽敞，有浴缸，豪华，有游泳池...位于市中心...房间闻起来很香...基本上，如果你去马六甲，别忘了住在 Moty 酒店....

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was good. However, I found the lighting in the bathroom to be too dim, and there was no fridge in the room. All in all, it was still a great place to stay, with the hotel being within walking distance to Jonker Street and a nearby mall.

Tarif kamar yang kurang kompetitif, yang lain semuanya oke.

Staff yang ramah, hotel dan kamar yang bersih dan nyaman, walaupun food court dan restoran agak jauh, pasti akan kembali menginap di Moty hotel lagi.

This hotel steal my security deposit, stay away from this Moty Hotel. During check-in, the hotel charged me 200MYR on Aug 10th for what they called the security deposit, and when I checked out, the staff promised me it will be refunded automatically within 2 weeks on the same card. But until today, there is no refunded yet. Moty Hotel, why didn't you return my security deposit? Is that how you treat tourist from other country? 200MYR is not a big amount, but stealing 200MYR from a tourist is un-ethical and cheating. Other tourist, please stay away from this Moty hotel.
