Very noisy from Tuk Tuk. We requested quiet room but didn't get it. Wanted to change room but got answer from reception that wait and see until 23:00. Finally they gave us bigger room on the back side and it was ok. Staff is very poor trained (don't know how the hotel got these people from). Will not come back.

Over all was ok with very good location and close to the place where I need to do business. The room was very nice, clean with enough amenities. However it was very noisy in the early morning, from their staffs clearing up all the clothes, bed sheets, dragging Big plastic bags, lifting and putting loudly - that woke me up from late night work. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. The only drawback was a noisy environment in the early mornings that I mentioned before.

The rooms were ok. But the housekeeping staff lacks smile. Better not ask them questions. I want to request bedsheet change as I had hives the night before, and the housekeeping said she just replaced the bedsheet, and can only change every 2 days. OMG, the lack of smile just drop your customer satisfaction level down to the floor. The towels also have yellow spots, as well as hair (it was clean towel, which was folded). Location was superb if you’re going to Bumrungrad Hospital. That’s about it.

Receptions are not really helpful.
