泳池景观房很漂亮。酒店还不错，价格也便宜。对于这么低价格的酒店来说还不错。但问题是，泳池对孩子来说太深了。成人泳池也深达 3 米

Hotel yang menjadi pilihan apabila ke Teluk Intan. Bersih, mesra pelanggan dan harga yang sesuai dengan perkhidmatan. Paling penting, cadar bersih dan wangi.

Staf friendly. Pool tidak diselenggara dengan baik, kotor, terutama pool anak-anak, tahi kelawa dekat area kolam pon ada. Berlumut. Rasa geli nak pon ada. Sorry to say. Bilik oke la.

They staycation was very great. The hotel location was located nearby the Lotus & MCD. Approximately 5min by driving to city center where the Leaning Tower was there. The room was very spacious and very comfortable for small family. I only need to add on RM20 to upgrade to Family Room type 2 and the staff very helpful to assist on my additional request. Hereby below were the selected room that I choose to stay; Family Room type 1: super single bed + queen size bed + 2 seat sofa. Family Room type 2: super single bed + king size bed + mini hall room with sofa set. Each room comes with drinking bottle, toothbrush, soap & shampoo, towel and complimentary 3 in 1 tea. There is a lot of plenty open parking for guest, so no worry on that. The hotel have the pool with limited time of operating but never mind. Overall is OK and surely I will come back again for future stay.

The room condition is like a motel. You get your TV and aircon remote, coffee sachet at the counter. They put them in the basket. Warm white lighting make the room looks scary with a simple decoration. The bed is comfy. The flooring is quite sticky and smelly since they used wood type of flooring. No telephone in the room. This hotel used to be the best hotel and my family choice when balik kampung visiting. Now we got to find other options.

I was hoping to swim early in the morning but the pool is open to public with some fee as per notice on the door. It was crowded and I had to keep my swimming suit back in my luggage.

This accommodation has swimming pool, but we cant use because it was under maintenance. very disappointed especially for our kids. Should be informed earlier if your facilities is not ready!

1. Water heater no function, 11.30pm request to change another room, but still no function. 2. Aircon full of noise, like stay in railway station. better sleep at lobby

Bathroom too mini size. TV channels very limited and receiving very poor.

Bathroom and toilet very small, noisy ..can hear children running playing in early morning. Suggest upgrade bathroom to a bigger size and get a sound prove wall.

A very clean room and very suitable for family vacation. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed organized and neat. However, the water pressure is too low until lowered down the shower experiences. Aside from that, I think everything just fine and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Tiada sarapan pagi disediakan. Parking penyewa tidak disediakan dikhaskan kepada pelanggan bilik x tersedia semasa check in.

Good value for money, near to any facilities

The hotel is still under renovation. Elevator not functioning and have to go by stair up to level 2. Front receptionist not friendly

Bilik, bersih, puas hati, recommended.

Experienced of water shortage at night. Luckily they solved the problem late night.

Room very clean because newly renovated. Swimming pool also clean. We have a great time. Got so many pillow and big tv. Highly recommended. Thanks.
