The price now in the low season was very good. The room spotless and the cleaning and restaurant staff very friendly. I also love the pool. I have regularly stayed here over the years.

Housekeeping is great, and rooms get cleaned very well. Reception and front desk are weak and not proactive. There is a better way to communicate with international guests, especially when we have Thai married couples—on arrival, we informed all names and who is in which room together. It is impossible that a Thai guest will be marked as "hooker" and as "money boy"—it is a shame.

the male receptionist was not helpful nor friendly. the fridge was broken, I reported to the receptionist but nothing was fixed.

Kalau kenyamanan kamar, nyaman banget karena kamar cukup luas fasilitas juga lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik, Hanya saja jauh kemana-mana cari makan halal juga sangat susah disini, Syukurnya ada pantai di dekat resort sehingga ya lumayan ada hiburan dan di pinggir pantai ada 1 penjual makanan halal dan hanya jualan di sore hari, Jadi akan kesulitan cari makanan halal disana.

the staff were only nice to foreigner tourists. the jarguzzi didn't work. steam room and sauna were there but nobody were in there. it's only good if you want private time by yourself.

Hotelnya direnovasi. Untuk lokasi memang agak jauh dari pattaya beach. Tapi kalau jomtien beach tinggal jalan ke belakang. Ada street food moslem. Enak banget. Kebersihan oke. Kamar mandi juga ada bidet. Lebih nyaman untuk yang tidak suka pakai tissue. Ruangan besar. Kolam renang oke. Keseluruhan, menyenangkan. Resepsionis juga ramah, paling penting bisa bahasa inggris dan kasih info berguna tentang shuttle bus ke bangkok. Yang ternyata cukup dekat dengan hotel.

Average stay for your short vacation

Room: First night got the room on the 3rd floor with pool view but there were the problem with the noise from the room above when they walked you can easily hear. I have asked the front desk to move other room that may be highest to avoid but able to do tomorrow.The last 2 nights all went smooth. Foods: A lot of choices but the may be manage to other area not at entry. WiFi: Signal drop sometime. I'm using my 4G most of the time. Maybe not fit for guests who comes from abroad. Staff: HM helped us to move to the new room. That was very thankful, HK staff doing their job quite well. We left some tip for them on my pillow too. FO: some smile some don't. If you smile your score will get more (My suggestion) Parking: Not much space but still free during we stayed. Location: About 5 mins walk to Jomtien beach which is fine to walk.

This is a great hotel which I have stayed on many occasions, from room service to all the facilities available ie swimming pool fitness room massage plus a restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to everybody
